Guji, Ethiopia
Guji, in Ethiopia's Oromia region, emerged over the past decade as a distinct specialty-coffee origin in its own right, separately recognised from the neighbouring Sidamo designation.
Green coffee is sourced through the Caffa Ethiopian coffee network and presented under the Eshq brand for its own retail, café and distribution channels.
