Traceability
From farm to roaster.
Every lot we import is tracked through Caffa's Digital Coffee Passport — a per-shipment record of origin, lot, processing and certification data that travels with the coffee to the roaster who buys it.
What the passport records
Origin
Region, washing station or exporter, and the producer network behind the lot.
Lot
Lot identifier, harvest year, screen size and grade as declared at export.
Processing
Washed, natural or honey processing, plus drying and milling detail where available.
Certification
Organic and other certificates attached to the shipment, provided on request.
