04

Processing Method

WashedNatural

Classic Yirgacheffe is washed: depulp within hours, ferment in tile tanks 36–72h, wash, then sun-dry on raised African beds for 10–14 days. Naturals push the floral profile toward strawberry and stone fruit without losing jasmine.
